Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery
We ship via standard tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times:
- United States — 5–10 business days
- Europe — 7–14 business days
- Rest of world — 10–21 business days
Free shipping
Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to return
Email us at team@paw-and-co.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
